Description
In 2009 the Oklahoma Health Improvement Planning (OHIP) team, composed of local and state health leaders developed an Oklahoma Health Improvement Plan based on their concern that Oklahoma ranked near the bottom of all states in important health status indicators. A key OHIP flagship work-group on children's health realized that although the state had a number of major children's initiatives there was no comprehensive plan covering the health of children one to 18 years of age.Content
