Description

The development of the NHDP 2 was a participatory and inclusive process, conducted under the responsibility of the Ministry of Public Health.

The PNDS2 is built around the "pillars" of the health system grouped into three main areas: (i) Governance and health information system; (ii) resources (human, financial, drugs and vaccines, infrastructure and equipment); (iii) Provision of health services. This configuration is also designed to take into account the guidelines of the international community in reforming health care: the prominence of responsibility, person-centered care and health in all policies, including policies related to determinants of health.
