Um die Ziele der GF-Strategie möglichst ressourceneffizient zu erreichen ist eine unterstützende bundesweite Begleitung der Umsetzung der GF-Strategie auf Landesebene zweckmäßig. Eben diese Unterstüzung stellt dieses Dokument dar. Mögliche Leistungen der Umsetzungsunterstützung sind zum Beispiel:
- Entwicklung von bundesweit einheitlichen Tools zu spezifischen GF-Maßnahmen
- Wissensmanagement und -transfer
- Organisation von Abstimmung, Vernetzung und Erfahrungsaustausch in verschiedenen Formaten je nach Bedarf

In order to achieve the objectives of the Health promotion strategy and to guarantee an effective use of resources this document supports the implementation of the strategy on country level. Examples of support are the:
- Development of national standardized tools specific to measures of the strategy
- Knowledge management and transfer
- Organization of coordination, networking and exchange of experience
