Description

The General Regulations of Health Clinics expand upon Law No 21-B/92 (Basic Law of the National Health System), which establishes the general principles and service levels of the National Health System.

The following regulations establish health services to be delivered at three levels: primary, secondary and tertiary. This corresponds to the three government levels: district, provincial and national. The regulations fulfill the need to regulate and distinguish the different levels of health care.
