O Conselho Nacional da Criança (CNAC) é um órgão de concertação, acompanhamento e controlo da execução das políticas públicas de promoção e defesa dos direitos da criança. No cumprimento das suas atribuições, o Conselho Nacional da Criança visa promover os direitos da criança, e prevenir ou pôr termo a situações susceptíveis de afectar a sua segurança, saúde, educação ou desenvolvimento integral.

O Regulamento discute as atribuições, acções, organização e funcionamento do Conselho.

The National Council for Children (CNAC) is a consultation body, monitoring and controlling the implementation of public policies that promote and defend children's rights.
