O Conselho Nacional da Pessoa com Deficiência, CNAPED, com sede em Luanda, é um órgão de consulta e concertação para a execução das tarefas estabelecidas na Política para a Pessoa com Deficiência, dotado de personalidade juridical, autonomia financeira e administrative e rege-se por Regulamento próprio.
