Los discapacitados, afiliados al régimen nacional de previsión, tendrán derecho a la jubilación ordinaria con 20 años de servicios y 45 años de edad cuando se hayan desempeñado en relación de dependencia, o 50 años, como trabajador autónomo, siempre que acrediten, fehacientemente, que durante los 10 años inmediatamente anteriores al cese o a la solicitud de beneficio, prestaron servicios en el estado de disminución física o psíquica prevista en el artículo 1.Law 20.475 states that the disabled, affiliated with the national pension scheme, will have a right to regular retirement with 20 years of service at the age of 45 years old when they have served as employees; or be 50 years old as a self-employed person, provided that they demonstrate, reliably, that during the 10 years immediately preceding the cessation of benefit request, they served with a mental or physical disability.
