Description

Este decreto aprova o Regulamento da Lei de Promoção e Protecção dos Direitos da Pessoa Idosa. O presente Regulamento tempor objecto assegurar o exercício dos direitos à pessoa idosa, relativos à:
a) Assistênciamédica e o atendimento;
b) Educação,cultura, desporto e lazer,
c) Ocupação profissional;
d) Habitação;
e) Acesso aos transportes públicos;
f) Assistência social; e,
g) Acesso à justiça.

This Decree approves the Regulation of the Law for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of the Elderly. This Regulation's temporary purpose is to ensure the Elderly's right to exercise the rights relating to:
a) Medical care and treatment;
b) Education, culture, sport and leisure,
c) Professional occupation;
d) Housing;
e) Access to public transport;
f) Social assistance; and,
g) Access to justice.
