Artículo 1º.- El presente Reglamento regula la forma de distribución de los recursos del Fondo Especial del artículo 46 de la ley Nº 20.000, del Servicio Nacional para la Prevención y Rehabilitación del Consumo de Drogas y Alcohol, en adelante "el Fondo Especial", para financiar programas de prevención del consumo de drogas, tratamiento y rehabilitación de las personas afectadas por la drogadicción; y los mecanismos y procedimientos que garantizan la transparencia de los actos tendientes a su traspaso.
Artículo 2º.- En concordancia con lo previsto en el artículo 19, letra e), de la ley Nº 20.502; corresponderá al Servicio Nacional para la Prevención y Rehabilitación del Consumo de Drogas y Alcohol realizar los actos necesarios para la distribución y entrega de los recursos del Fondo Especial.

Article 1. This Regulation regulates the manner of distribution of resources of the Special Fund of Article 46 of Law No. 20.000, the National Service for the Prevention and Rehabilitation of Drug and Alcohol, herein after referred to as "The Special Fund", to finance programs of drug prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of people affected by drug addiction; and the mechanisms and procedures that guarantee the transparency of proceedings for this transfer.
Article 2. In accordance with the provisions of Article 19, point e) of Law No. 20,502; it is for the National Service for the Prevention and Rehabilitation of Drug and Alcohol to perform the acts necessary for the distribution and delivery of the resources of the Special Fund.
