Description

Establece mecanismos de promoción de la igualdad de oportunidades en la formación para el trabajo de las personas con discapacidad, disponiendo que, en material de formación para el trabajo, tienen derecho a ser protegidas contra toda forma de discriminación, explotación, trato denigrante o abusivo en razón de su discapacidad; a recibir formación y capacitación dentro de los sistemas nacionales; y a recibir asistencia técnica y económica para la generación de su propio ingreso lícito. Asimismo, establece que todas las instituciones que brinden servicios de formación y capacitación para el trabajo deberán incluir como mínimo un 5% de sus servicio educativos dirigidos a personas con discapacidad.
