Description

La tiene por objeto promover e incentivar el empleo de personas con discapacidad en el sector privado mediante políticas, así como medidas pertinentes que incluyen acciones afirmativas, beneficios y programas de formación. La ley incluye articulos como: Las personas incorporadas en virtud de la presente ley percibirán los mismos salarios, y gozarán de los mismos derechos y beneficios laborales y sociales que por idéntica función y horario de trabajo corresponda a otras personas empleadas sin discapacidad, y estarán sujetas a los mismos regímenes jubilatorios y al derecho laboral.
