La presente ley tiene por objeto, garantizar el pleno ejercicio al derecho a a la salud mental de atencion preferente e integral para las niñas, niños , y adolescents, de los centros educativos en la educación básica, mediante la promoción, prevención y rehabilitación en salud mental, conforme a los Pactos Internacionales suscritos y ratificados por el Peru, la Constitución política del Perú y demas leyes sobre la materia.Law 3702-2014-CR ensures the full exercise of the right to comprehensive mental health care to the children and adolescents in primary school, through the promotion, prevention, and rehabilitation in mental health, in accordance with international conventions signed and ratified by Peru, the Constitution of Peru and other laws on the subject.
