يهدف هذا القانون إلى تحقيق ما يلي:
1- توفير منظومة صحية متكاملة في اإلمارة ذات جودة عالية، تتسم بالمرونة والقدرة على التطور واالستجابة لتطلعات المستفيدين.
2- إنشاء نظام تمويل صحي يتسم بالكفاءة واالستدامة.
3- إيجاد منظومة صحية جاذبة لالستثمارات وتحافظ على تنافسية اإلمارة.
4- تقديم خدمات صحية ضمن إطار يحمي حقوق كافة اطراف المشاركة فيها.


This law aims to:
1. Provide integrated health system in the Emirate of high quality, flexible and the ability to evolve and respond to the aspirations of the beneficiaries .
2. Create a health financing system that is efficient and sustainability.
3. Find an attractive investment for the health system and maintain the competitiveness of the Emirate .
4. The provision of health services within a framework that protects the rights of all stakeholders
