Description

The central vision of this development plan is to trigger a development process which ensures broad-based improvement in the quality of life of the people, especially the poor, Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), other backward castes, minorities and women. The growth objective is to achieve an average growth rate of 9% per annum for the Plan period.
