Al amparo de lo previsto por la Ley Foral de Juventud y con la finalidad de aplicar y desarrollar la Estrategia, el I Plan Integral de Juventud de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra 2013/2015 es el plan estratégico del Gobierno de Navarra en materia de juventud para este período.
