مؤسسات رعاية العجزة هي المؤسسات المنشأة لايواء العجزة ذكورا واناثا المتوافرة فيهم الشروط الواردة بهذا النظام . الغرض من انشاء هذه المؤسسات توفير الرعاية الاجتماعية للشيوخ والمقعدين والمحتاجين.

ان العجزة الذين يقبلون الى دار العجزة على صنفين :
اولا – العاجزون لاسباب صحية وهم :
ا – المصابون بالشلل الطفلي غير القابل للشفاء بانواعه (الشلل المسترخي والتشنجي) .
ب – الناقصون في النمو العصبي او الجسمي .
ج – المصابون بعاهات جسمية مكتسبة او خلقية .
د – المصابون بالشلل الاعتيادي بانواعه .
هـ - المبتلون بالامراض العضوية المزمنة غير القابلة للشفاء التي لا تتطلب التداوي المحتم في المستشفى .
ثانيا – العاجزون والمقعدون بسبب الشيخوخة .

Those accepted into Hospice belong to two categories:
First - placed suffering from terminal or incurable debilitating illnesses:
A - People with infantile paralysis is curable different kinds (relaxed and spastic paralysis).
B -People with neurodevelopmental or physical disorders.
C - People with physical disabilities are acquired or congenital.
D - People with quadriplegia paralysis.
E - people suffering from incurable chronic illnesses and do not require continuous hospitalization.
Secondly - Elder people and those disabled due to aging.
