قانون المستشفيات الاهلية رقم (25) لسنة 1984 المعدل
يهدف هذا القانون الى التوسع في تقديم الخدمات الطبية والاستفادة من خبرات الاطباء الذين لهم خدمات في المؤسسات الصحية التابعة للدولة، وبالاخص المتقاعدين منهم، وتشجيع المبادرة في تطوير الخدمات الطبية للمواطنين عن طريق تاسيس شركات محدودة لانشاء مستشفيات اهلية.

Amended Civil and Private hospitals Law No. 25 of 1984
This law aims to expand the provision of medical services and doctors who take advantage of their services in the state-owned health institutions experiences, especially retirees them, and encourage initiative in the development of medical services to citizens by establishing limited companies to establish a civil hospitals.
