قرار رقم ( 20 ) لسنة 2007قانون وزارة الصحة لاقليم كوردستان – العراق
يحدد هذا القانون مهام وزارة الصحة في اقليم كردستان و ينظم تشكيل الوزارة.
تهدف وزارة الصحة الى تحقيق الصحة بمفهومها الشامل وعلى كل المستويات للفرد والاسرة والمجتمع والمحافظة عليها كما ونوعا ونظرا للتوسع الذي شهدته الخدمات الصحية في الاقليم ولضمان افضل الخدمات وباحدث الوسائل المتطورة للمواطنين سواء من الناحية الصحية والبدنية والعقلية او النفسية كذلك المساهمة في بناء بيئة خالية من التلوث ودعم مسيرة العدل عن طريق تنظيم مؤسسات الطب العدلي واعداد الكوارد الكفؤة ولكون القانون رقم 1 لسنة 1993 قد خص الجانبين الصحي والاجتماعي معا ولكونه لم يعد يتماشى مع المرحلة الجديدة ولمواكبة المستجدات الطبية العلمية الحديثةلذااقتضى تشريع قانون خاص بوزارة الصحة.

The ministry of Health aims to bring health comprehensive concept and at all levels of the individual, family and society and maintain the quality and quantity. The expansion witnessed in the health services in the region and to ensure the best services and the latest cutting-edge tools for citizens of both health and physical and mental and psychological, as well as to contribute to the construction of pollution-free and reduce the environmental pollution through the organization of forensic medicine institutions and preparing cadres efficient. Law No. (1) for the year 1993 has singled out the health and social sides together and because it is no longer in line with the new phase and to keep abreast of medical developments and scientific modern therefore necessary legislation of a special law of the Ministry of Health.
