Description

The development of the National Strategy for the Promotion of Mental Health is part of the confirmation, in Tunisia, of the transition from a policy of psychiatry towards a mental health policy, initiated during the preparation of the National Program for Mental Health. Like the WHO Mental Health Action Plan, the national strategy will be based on some basic principles:
- Universal access and equity,
- Human rights,
- Practices based on science,
- Life-long approach,
- Multisectoral approach.

- Approche plurisectorielle.
