Description
An Act to provide for and in respect of the organization, management and delivery of certain health services and the establishment of health community councils, and for other purposes.The objects of this Act are to;
(a) protect and promote health; and
(b) help prevent and control illness and injury; and
(c) provide for the treatment of the sick.
