Description

The right to health is guaranteed by the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Congo. To date, the instruments enabling this right to be implemented are only very old and scattered regulatory provisions which do not include data linked to the development of international health law. In addition, the Democratic Republic of Congo has joined other global initiatives aimed at universal health coverage.
Thus appeared the need to have a global text, integrated, innovative, adapted to the realities of the moment and open to the future. This law, which intends to be a response to this need, is designed on the basis of the principle of "health for all and by all".
