Description

This document aims to be a practical support tool for health teams for the care of adolescents, orientated at the detection, intervention and referral for treatment for the consumption of alcohol and other drugs. It is a non-directive communication support tool, which allows the adolescent to explore and understand their attitudes and behaviours in relation to the consumption of drugs, give them information about the consequences for their health and life, promoting changes towards healthier lifestyles. Furthermore, it allows the identification of the presence of a substance use disorder and to make a referral to treat it as soon as possible.
