Description

This framework has been developed to challenge the inequalities older people face as they age and to celebrate older people in Scotland.

This document sets out the Scottish Government's framework for action that covers three main areas; engaging with, and contributing to communities, accessing public and other services, and ensuring financial security. Each sections covers issues older people have prioritised, what is currently being done about these issues by the Government and the next steps the Government is planning on taking to tackle these issues.
