Description

 「精神障害者地域移行・地域定着支援事業」は、「精神障害者地域移行支援特別対策事業」で行ってきた地域移行推進員と地域体制整備コーディネーターの配置に加え、未受診・受療中断等の精神障害者に対する支援体制の構築と精神疾患への早期対応を行うための事業内容を加え、ピアサポーターの活動費用を計上するとともに、精神障害者と地域の交流促進事業も行えるよう見直しを行って平成22年度から実施しているものです。
 本事業により、障害福祉計画に基づく退院可能精神障害者の地域移行を目指しています。
