Su elaboración no garantiza por sí sola la consecución de las metas que se plantean, pero al definirlas, establecer prioridades, marcar líneas de acción y actividades concretas, permite una visión global de los objetivos que pretende alcanzar y de las tareas que han de realizarse. Con ese enfoque se desarrolló el primer Plan Integral de Salud Mental de Andalucía
2003-2007 (I PISMA).


A Comprehensive Plan is a planning tool in the medium term. Its development is not in itself guarantee the achievement of the goals that arise, but define, prioritize, tag lines of action and specific activities, allows an overview of the objectives pursued and the tasks to be performed. Such an approach developed the first Comprehensive Mental Health Plan of Andalusia 2003-2007 (I PISMA).
