El Plan Nacional de Promoción de Calidad de Vida y Salud con Equida de la Niñez (2010-2015) y el Plan Nacional de Promoción de Calidad de Vida y Salud con Equida de la Adolescencia (2010-2015) son dos planes fruto de un proceso participativo y pluralista liderado por el Ministerio de Salud Pública y Bienestar Social de Paraguay. El objetivo de los planes es presentar líneas estratégicas para resolver los problemas que atentan contra la calidad de la vida y salud de niños y adolescentes. Incluye medidas de atención a la salud mental de niños y adolescentes.
