Закон Республики Беларусь № 349-3 «Об оказании психиатрической помощи» имеет ряд подзаконных актов регулирующих его использование. Настоящая Инструкция определяет порядок оказания психиатрической помощи в амбулаторных и стационарных условиях лицам, в отношении которых применяются принудительные меры безопасности и лечения.
