This Plan sets as a priority to complete and consolidate the Network of Mental Health Service of La Rioja, in order to improve comprehensive care to mental health, prevailing the community and bio psychosocial approach to mental disorders, which is consistent with the WHO health concept, the Strategy on Mental health of the National health System and the model that initiated the psychiatric reform in Spain in 1985.
