Integral Protection System for Persons with Disabilities serves the basic and fundamental principles, providing guidance in any policy, decision and / or action taken in relation to the "Disability" as problematic and / or people with disabilities in particular.

Establécese por la presente ley el Sistema de Protección Integral para Personas con Discapacidad.
El Sistema de Protección Integral para Personas con Discapacidad atiende a los principios básicos y fundamentales que se explicitan infra, sirviendo de guía y directriz en toda política, decisión y/o medida que se tome con relación a la "Discapacidad" como problemática y/o a las personas con discapacidad en particular.
