A pour but la réalisation des objectifs de la Politique nationale de protection de l'enfant, à savoir la réduction du nombre d'enfants en situation de risque; l'amélioration de la protection et de la prise ne charge des enfants en situation de risque et la lutte contre toutes les formes de maltraitance d'enfants.
