لرعاية ذوي الاعاقة والاحتياجات الخاصة وتأهيلهم لدمجهم في المجتمع، ولنشر التوعية بالعوق والوقاية منه وللمساهمة في توفير أسباب الحياة الكريمة للمشمولين بأحكام هذا القانون، ولغرض تنسيق العمل والمهام بين الوزارات ذوات العلاقة بما يحقق ذلك.

Care for people with disabilities and special needs Act No. 38 of 2013
