Description

The Standards for psychiatric disability rehabilitation and support services have been
adapted from the National standards for mental health services in recognition of the
specialist nature of the rehabilitation and support provided by the PDRSS sector.
The Standards for psychiatric disability rehabilitation and support services offer a
framework for the provision of quality services to people with psychiatric disability.
The Standards for psychiatric disability rehabilitation and support services contain a
comprehensive and common set of standards that enable PDRS services to maintain a
focus on service quality measurement and improvement. The Standards assist services
achieve and maintain the highest standard of support and rehabilitation for people with
