Description

Après deux décennies d'expérimentation des institutions issues de cette Constitution, le Forum National Inclusif tenu à N'djamena du 19 au 27 mars 2018 a permis d'apporter les réformes nécessaires au renforcement de la démocratie et de l'Etat de droit. Ce processus de réformes validé par le Peuple et consacré par la présente loi constitutionnelle adopte la forme d'un Etat unitaire fortement décentralisé et modernise en profondeur les institutions de l'Etat.

After two decades of experimenting with the institutions stemming from this Constitution, the Inclusive National Forum held in N'djamena from March 19 to 27, 2018 made it possible to bring the necessary reforms to strengthen democracy and the rule of law. This reform process approved by the People and enshrined in the present constitutional law takes the form of a highly decentralized unitary state and modernizes in depth the institutions of the state.
